All tickets purchased for Sunset Groove Festival are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If Sunset Groove Festival is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only. Any booking fees, transaction fees, payment processing fees, delivery fees, or other ancillary charges are non-refundable.
Any refund process, eligibility requirements, and timescales will be communicated through the official ticketing provider and festival communication channels.
Change of Mind and Other Circumstances
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Inability to attend the event.
- Illness, injury, travel disruption, work commitments, or personal circumstances.
- Adverse weather conditions where the event proceeds as planned.
- Any other reason not directly related to the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Ticket Transfers, Gifting and Resale
If you are unable to attend, you may choose to:
- Gift your ticket to a trusted friend or family member; or
- Resell your ticket where permitted.
Please note that private ticket sales and transfers are undertaken entirely at your own risk. Sunset Groove Festival and its ticketing partners cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unofficial channels and accept no responsibility for any losses arising from private transactions.
For a safer alternative, ticket holders should use an authorised ticket resale platform where available. Please check the event details or your ticket provider’s information to confirm whether an official resale option is offered for your ticket type.
Fraud Prevention
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers, third-party marketplaces, or unofficial resale channels may be invalid, duplicated, cancelled, or refused entry. We strongly recommend using only authorised sales and resale platforms.
